Welcome to the website of the Animal Protection Association "Pro Animal Gomera" (PAG)

Animal Protection on La Gomera, the second smallest island in the Canary Island Group, is not easy.  We are committed to assisting the Free-Living (Stray/Feral) animals on the Island.  A portion of our work consists of  periodically  conducting  Trap,  Neuter and Return (TNR) Actions where permitted, in coordination and cooperation with the local Veterinarians as well as provide assistance and advice to the local population in matters concerning Animal Protection.  We also arrange adoptions for many animals in need, both on and off the Island.
